Kendall Schmidt plays Kendall Knight in Big Time Rush and he is the leader of the group. Kendall Schmidt was born on November 2, 1990 in Wichita Kansas but he grew up in L.A. Mostly everyone in his family, their first names all start with K's. He's the youngest of two older brothers, Kenneth and Kevin. You may remember Kevin as Henry Baker in "Cheaper By the Dozen". Watching his brothers get into acting, Kendall was bitten by the acting bug. He started landing a couple guest spots on shows like "Gilmore Girls," "E.R.," and "Without A Trace." Not only did he want to be an actor, but he also wanted to be a musician. So he started posting videos of himself singing and playing the guitar on youtube and also started a band with his best friend. They were named Heffron Drive after a street that he lived on. Kendall was the last member to join the show as it took a two year long nationwide search for just the right four guys. He's a blonde headed hottie who has won over the hearts of many teenage girls.
Logan Henderson plays Logan Mitchell in BTR. He is the brain of the group who's dream is to become a doctor. Logan grew up in Dallas Ft. Worth, Texas. His first love has always been and always will be acting. He knew all of his life that he wanted to be an actor and finally got his big break when he got to guest star on "Friday Night Lights". One thing that might surprise you about Logan is that he a total adrenaline junkie. Him and the guys went indoor skydiving but he wouldn't mind doing the real thing. He can relate with Logan on the show because he's got two left feet when it comes to dancing but one thing is for sure, he can bust a backflip out at anytime! So make sure when you meet this confident cutie, ask him to do a backflip;)
Carlos Pena plays Carlos Garcia who is the energetic one and the daredevil one of the four. He also always wears an unbuckled helmet. Carlos was born on August 15, 1989 in Columbia Missouri. He's had a big interest in musical theater mostly all his life and would one day love to be on Broadway. When he was younger he learned how to play the piano and guitar. If you don't think you've seen this sweetie, you better look back at "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide." He was a reoccuring character and was also in "Summerland" and "E.R." Carlos wants to someday be one of the few Latinos to win Best Actor at the Oscars. I know in my heart that he will reach his goal! Watch out for this cutie because he may just capture your heart.
Last but not least is James Maslow. He plays James Diamond on the show whose dream is to become famous. He's the pretty boy who wants a life of fame, fortune and girls and will stop at nothing to make his dream come true. James is the whole package. He can sing, dance and act. He was born on July 16, 1990 in New York City and was raised in La Jolla, California. Singing in Choir made him realize his full potential and what he was meant to do for the rest of his life. He guest starred on iCarly when Sam and Carly fought over who he would kiss first. And if you think this guy isn't amazing enough, he also writes songs, plays the guitar and piano, surfs, rides horses and climbs mountains. Talk about INCREDIBLE! Maybe in the near future, we'll hear about him climbing Mount Everest:)
